Update on the high heart rate: It has normalized for now, i can take full breaths more frequently but my only concern is that i feel lightheaded. I did an sp02 reading on my smart watch and it said everything is fine but i dont know if i can trust it. My bp is 140/68 and my ECG indicates normal rhyt

Should I go to the ER?

Last Saturday I took 1.5g of MDMA pills (grey skulls).

I kinda overheated but it still felt good. I took the same amount the wednesday after that and i overheated even more. Yesterday I took 3g of shrooms and had a bad trip (had a panic attack) and since yesterday I've had shortness of breath, dull pain on the side of my neck and pressure in my chest. Can someone give me an opinion?
