I started getting into plugging at the beginning of this year. I had some interest and curiosity in this area most of my life, but finally decided it was time to loosen up and pay more attention to my pelvic floor and body awareness.

I started my adventure with glass plugs, but eventually came across the N-joy Pure Plug line and bought the Large. My first insertion of the Njoy was problem-free, but it would not stay in place. Eventually I got it to stay, but it dug into my perineum and became uncomfortable. I was confused and didn’t really know what to do, so on a whim I rotated it 180 degrees and suddenly it settled perfectly into place. It became secure, comfortable, and stable.

Once I started using it more regularly, I noticed the handle was too short for me and the edges of the handle eventually caused discomfort during longer wear. That being said, one thing I immediately noticed was that if I was tense and inserted it while laying on my side, it would almost melt the tension out of my body.

Over time I became so relaxed and adapted to it that I could no longer comfortably wear it for long periods because the handle width was similar to the diameter of the other plugs I was already using regularly. At that point I knew it was time to upgrade.

The N-joy Pure Plug 2.0 looked intimidating to me for a long time. Honestly, I thought it was a beast that needed to be mastered. Long story short, I received my 2.0 today and tried it as soon as I got home. To my surprise, it inserted in about two seconds and immediately settled perfectly into place.

The design is outstanding. The handle sits exactly where it should, I can sit comfortably anywhere, and once it’s in place I mostly notice the weight and slight movement rather than pressure or strain.

For the first time, I even decided to continue wearing it while working. I’m doing physical labour today and it has remained comfortable and stable the entire time. Obviously listen to your own body and use common sense, but for me the experience has been unexpectedly smooth and comfortable.

Bottom line: if I had known this piece was going to be this good, I would have bought it weeks ago. Thanks to the other members here for the recommendations. The N-joy Pure Plug 2.0 is genuinely a masterpiece and I recommend it without hesitation.

Today I completed my first full 24-hour wear session using an Njoy Pure Plug Large during the day, a 40mm glass plug while sleeping, and a 50mm glass plug for comfort and presence in the morning.

The interesting part wasn’t the intensity — it was how “normal” it became over time. Since starting with plugs, my experience has gradually transitioned from a consciously erotic experience into body awareness, and finally into more of a background grounding sensation.

The biggest psychological hurdle was wearing during a full social/work day and trusting my body not to betray me. That anxiety ended up being much larger than the actual physical challenge, which turned out to be minimal.

I noticed comfort depended almost entirely on relaxation. If I tensed or over-focused on it, the plug became intrusive quickly. When relaxed, it almost disappeared physically while still positively affecting posture and body awareness.

I’m also noticing a major difference between heavy glass plugs and softer silicone. The weight and rigidity of glass seem to create a richer feedback experience for me that encourages deeper relaxation and awareness.

Curious whether others experienced a similar shift from “sexual stimulation” toward more of a persistent body-mapping or comfort sensation over longer wear periods. Also curious whether anyone else strongly prefers glass for similar reasons.

One of my favourite plugs is the Njoy Pure Plug Large, but I have issues with the thickness of my anal anatomy and the length and shape of the stem. I imagine it would be perfect for me if the stem was 1/4" longer. Other plugs have similar slightly too short feel.

Are there plugs available that have the weight and feel of the Njoy while having a bit more room?
