I'm 21yo AFAB with no physical health problems on my records but I've had very painful periods and period flu since 13. My overall health (not just sexual) has already been on the decline since June with doctors unable to give me answers. I saw a gynecologist to hopefully figure out why I had such horrible menstrual pain but no amount of testing could answer it.

Lately its been getting harder to climax without severe pain. I used to at least feel the pleasure underneath the pain but now the entire sensation of orgasming is just pain. Because my entire body is also suffering Im wondering if this is related and if it could point to the greater cause of whats wrong with me.
