On going care/dilation

How many men with repairs performed as children have needed on going surgeries/dilation? In my 20s I got Orchitis due to an unknown/untreated UTI. After it healed I followed up urology and the urologist wanted to shove rods down my urethra and I declined. He wanted to do it while I was awake with no medication or anything. It was my first appt with him, I wasn’t mentally prepared and I think I had PTSD from all of the hypospadias repair I can remember. I was diagnosed with Cystinuria (genetic kidney stone disease at 38. I had dilation performed while under anesthesia while getting a procedure to remove kidney stone by my urologist. I know he did it due to the scar tissue from hypospadias repair. How normal is all of this for us?

Pumped

I’ve been pumping for a few years but after finding this thread I bought a pump with a gauge. I was using the bathmate. I also went from a noose extender to an epic extender. I‘ve been committed since the beginning of April 2026. I use the epic extender 5-6 days a week at 3kg for 60 minutes then occasionally 4kg for the last few minutes. I pump 20-30 mins 3-4x a week for 20-30 mins at 10mmHg in 5-6min intervals. I don’t really have a goal as I’m happily married but for my own confidence I’d love to get the results of my pumped dick. Is that a reasonable goal or can I aim higher? I’m 5”x5”.

Is this growth?!

I’ve been using the epic extender for about a month. Prior to that I used a cheap noose extender with no luck. I’ve been pumping for a couple years inconsistently with bathmate. finally got a pump with gauge never pumped larger than 5.5” until epic extender. BPEL was 5” and midsection girth is 5”. Curious if I can use the frenrir clamp with epic extender to not deal with cups.
