My son is 14 and had two hypospadias repairs as a baby, at around 1 and 2 years old. He's now started having some difficulty peeing, sometimes feeling like he needs to go but not actually being able to, although other times he has no problem at all. He's also recently had a big growth spurt - and I've read that scar tissue can sometimes be an issue post-surgery.

Has anyone experienced urinary problems like this years after hypospadias repair? I'm wondering whether it could be related to the previous surgery or just something unrelated. We've got a doctor's appointment booked to get it checked.

What exactly is the problem with my penis? Seeking guidance.

Prior to November, 2025 - my penis worked fine and would get erect all night long.

November 2025, I had an anxiety attack after visiting a sex worker and consumed multiple antibiotics, antifungals and HIV PEP medicine.

Sometime in that period, realized my penis would get elongated but not hard and would swing from left to right in bed while I changed position. The swinging has reduced considerably, but still moves position when I move when 60-70% erect.

3-4 months ago Consumed Tadalafil 5mg. First time worked wonderfully. I wore two tight underwears and tight scrotal support as I fear dog bite in my penis region and got an erection then which was compressed. It pained for sometime and also burned and compression kind of pain. That went away. Could this have caused any permanent damage? (Question 1)

Later (3-4 weeks ago) I once masturbated 5 times and then consumed Tadalafil at night. My upper top right side of my penis pained during erection. That pain has also reduced slightly but still there when I strain a lot. Could this have caused any permanent damage? (Question 2)

Have visited 3 Urologists, the 3rd being a renowned Andrologist/Urologist. He examined my penis at flaccid, said it was normal at flaccid with no fibrosis.

When I am with girls, during foreplay, I do get erections, though not extremely hard, but when it's time to penetrate, I get off.

After taking tadalafil 2.5mg twice in a two days, yesterday, I was with a girl and we had planned intercourse. I couldn't get hard at all. Personally, I never found her attractive too. But later on, was with another girl and I got an erection. The erection was pointing up towards the sky.

Symptoms faced by me are when I sleep straight, on my back, my penis when slightly aroused goes left and right. To get it up, I have to put pressure/strain. When I sleep on the side, I do get partial erections which become 90% erect when I turn and become straight. On arousal, I do get slight erections which turn left and right. I also feel pain just above my penis/base of penis region. I feel something in my bladder region/pelvic region is weak and unstable and prevents blood entering my penis sometimes. (question 3 - what could be my problem and how to solve/resolve it and what is your overall opinion?)
