81 kg to 76 kg in 4 months. Continue to cut?
Workout with mostly Kettlebells, Dip bars. Calories down to 1800. Walk 6k-7k daily, going to try rucking / hiking too.
DIps and KB swings still feel pretty good. Cut down some more to 72 kg ?
