Hi currently i have been taking 1.5-2mg buprenorphine..my dopamine reward system is suppressed just because of buprenorphine..i feel anhehodia low mood brain fog poor concentration and memory focus also disturbed autonamic nervous system dsyfunction..when i used to reduce opioid my sympotoms started feeling better...any one is suffering same like me. If any please tell how they manage?I bought nalextrone 3 mg i want take ultra low dose of nalextrone could you tell me as per my buprenorphine dose what amount of nalextrone should take to avoid withdrawals

compared to west nation especially my state is Punjab (india)very helpful government and running various scheme and every 14 days you can visit physctiary free of cost .. just pay only medicine bill which is buprenorphine 4 dollor p- 2mg 10 tab strip....also every 14 kilometres there is rehabilitation clinic...they provide free tea and they also pickup person from busstand if they are unable to reach and leave themtoo...also there is goverment hospital if you want admit in hospital and quit under doctors surveillance you can do they provide free medical treatment and food...all medicine expenses are free even no need of insurance here..also if hospital don't treat you well there is special helpline no direct of deputy commissioner, drug officer or other options. In 15 minutes they served you and load your stock..i heard in deveolped nation there is not much assistance from government and process is not hassle free?

For 30 days i have been continuously suffering buphrenorpinphrine withdrawal symptoms though i have been taking my regular dose..had to take liquid saline drip sympotoms were getting more worse.. after 30 days i realised that i was taking counterfeit buphrenorpinphrine. I took new stock even tiny dose it significantly reduced my sympotoms...i was on 1.5mg....after 30 days what is estimation of my current dose where it would be?

In how many days we can tapered to zero from 2mg subx, i need practical information not doctor recommendetion of tapereing 5 percent each 14 days...

My dopamine system is just suppressed but it is intact .. when i taper i feel less numb. Is any one on bupe with ..nalextrone??will it help me how?
