I've been wearing a cage almost daily for over a year now.

From time to time one ball could slip out when I was doing weird movements or stretch. But lately it's been happening a lot, at least once a week.

I have the sage cage and ring sincears of last year.

I'm wearing a baby cobra narrow with a ring 1 standard. This configuration creates a gap of 12 mm.

I'm wondering if I should go a size 0 stand to have a gap of 10 mm or size 1 but in the XD version to have the same gap.

Any advice or option.
