Has anyone had any experiences with a vasectomy and the nurses saying something or nothing at all?

I am going to get one but I’m nervous because I am so small soft. It basically turns into an innie lol

It does turn me on when my wife makes fun of my small one but it’s just nerve wrecking lol It also doesn’t help that I’m 6’5” with a fully hard 4” cock.
