Edit: im good it was just a fungal infection on my foot and the only thing the opium did was compromise my immune system, so the aame thing wouldve happenwd if i had atuck to kratom. Well maybe not but it still wouldve happened on heroin for sure
Im being super careful and taking small doses of opium at the moment, but im really scared to fall asleep becayse im scared im gonna od whenever i get tired. How do i tell the difference?
Ive heard water degrades it to morphine is that true? I might just do that anyways cause im always so scared when i get a new bag that i end up either feeling nothing or teeling soemthing to quickly and narcanning myself into withdrawl for prolly no reason. I guess maybe heroins just not for me, i just ordered an opium syrup instead cause I just bought a bag of black tar since the price was low and it scared me so much i flushed it. I think the 6-MAM just is too much for me and feels like im overdosing. I really regret flushing it now but also Im not sure if I have the tolerance for black tar yet anyways. I usually just take 400 mg of thr stronger kratom alkaloid 3-5 times a day, so i thought i had the tolerance for it since the last time i had heroin my tolerance was way lower.
So yeah i dont really know what im doing if someone could help me do heroin without it hitting to hard to fast thatd be great. Ideally i want a nasal spray, which is why im thinking about just letting the heroin convert to morphine. Also, if diacetylmorphine converts to mophine in watwr, what about 6-MAM?
