I didn’t know where else to ask, but I’ve seen posts here about shock collars so Im hoping you guys can help :3
I’m type one diabetic, and due to this I have 2 medical implants that are attached to me at all times (other than when they need to be replaced every few days) and I’m worried about how they might interact with a shock
The first one can be mostly removed, to the point where it’s just a plastic cannula and a little adhesive patch, but the other one has a tiny metal wire that goes into my blood as well as a battery that lets it transmit signals to my phone and insulin pump, and I’m worried that something about the battery or the metal might cause it to break if I got a shock
Neither will cause any immediate harm to me as I have backup needles and blood testers that don’t need to be implanted, but replacing them isn’t too expensive (thank you NDSS Australia) but it’s time consuming, stressful and a bit painful to do so, so I’d like to keep that to an absolute minimum if I can
