Hello, it might sound silly but I received a latex hood with a lockable zipper earlier today, I checked with my partner if the lock was working well before doing anything ( it did worked perfectly ) and 2 hours ago he locked it.

We are now facing trouble as we just don't manage to unlock it even tho we managed to do it when before. We can turn the key right or left, even hear a "tic" yet the zipper just doesn't move, my partner managed to check if nothing was in the zipper way like hairs or something but the path is completly cleared. I'm running out of idea and I don't really take the risk of destroying it.

So far the situation is kinda funny yet awkward but ya I don't want to think about breaking it
