Since I wear titanium 00g 1" diameter jewelry, selection can be sparse to non-existent. I love my daily wear Anatometal CBR with the rubber bead but I have always wanted a continuous, closed ring option as well. I did order a custom titanium TDR but since that particular design had two screw holes, I didn't like the way sometimes my stream would hit one of the screw holes just right and spray back.

One day I randomly went back to badass workroom pro to see if they had changed the style of their TDR and noticed they had a new titanium hinged clicker ring. I've considered this style as well but they are very rare to find in large diameters. I know Anatometal has one in 00g but it isn't available in the diameter I need. So since I've enjoyed the quality of other bawrpro custom pieces I have ordered, I decided to give this new hinged clicker a try.

So far I love it! I really like that I have a continuous, closed circle option for PA jewelry that is functional for me. The clicking mechanism seems secure. I'm unsure how it all works exactly but since there is a hinge and moving parts, I will continue to monitor for longevity. I did specifically request a mirror finish and clean/tight seams since I was wearing it in a PA. The connection seam is practically unnoticeable. (even better than my TDR) and the hinge, when closed, is extremely smooth and actually feels similar to the screw holes in TDRs....maybe even less noticeable than TDRs. As as for weight, my anatometal titanium CBR with the rubber bead is about 30g. This titanium hinged clicker ring is 33g. Very comparable and I don't notice the difference.

I've always recommended bawrpro for custom work and have posted reviews in the past for pieces I've received from them. I'd consider this another positive review and I like this piece the best I think!
