Hi, my partner had a stroker in the past and did not enjoy it, however it was probably a cheap one as it was modelled after a popular porn star.

He says he did not like it as he is circumcised (with more skin than usual) and when he masturbates he uses his extra skin to cover the head so it is not overly sensitive. He says the stroker made it too intense directly on the head as it was stroking him without the skin to cover.

I however think he’d love the idea of trying something else if someone that had the same issue had a good rec for him.
