Hey there, we are starting out on an FLR after a slow dynamic shift over 4 or 5 years.
We have realised that F is much better and comfortable in a dominant role.

The May be many more questions to come.

First question:
When F is asking for something to be done by M.
How politely would she ask?
In our dynamic currently, it’s full of please’s and thank you’s, we are just intrigued whether this is normal within an FLR, or other dynamics tend to be more direct, with it seen like an expected demand rather than a pleasant request.
