I recently had a lucid dream, which gave me the idea for this audio.
This one uses the induction from "Cleansed and Bound to Me", then guides you into sleep and plants a specific little habit that should help you become more aware once you are dreaming.
There is no wakener at the end, so only listen when you are ready to sleep.
This audio is tame compared to my usual files, but there is still enough suggestion in there to make you want to find me in your dreams. What we do there is up to you.
Intended effects: deep relaxation, sleep, lucid dreaming focus, dream awareness, drifting calmly into sleep, and building the habit of doing a reality check.
I am really interested to see if one of you manages this feat.
