I decided to take what I had and do a bit of a turn around so I could visualize the shading better. Would welcome thoughts. I want to draw real bodies not just the "traditional sexy". I feel like I nailed it.
Hey guys. How do you all go about finding ref of very odd poses and positions. I find it hard to out it I to words sometimes, and feel like spending hours scrolling randomly isn't super productive. Sometimes I have to Frankenstein bits and pieces together but that can take days sometimes.
So when you have a weird/uncommon pose what's your go to for getting a pose of it?
Hey all new here but have been learning to draw for about a year and a half. How do y'all find reference of hard to describe poses? I have a few for this one trying to figure out the top characters ass/hips as well as the ass to waist transition. Finding ref of this position is difficult as it's VERY non standard. So while I'm def open to critique on this peice I'm mainly trying to find out how y'all find reference for weird poses. So far my closest for this particular one has been looking for characters and humans sitting at the edge of a backwards hair but it's still.... Off and not all the way helpful. And of course Google reverse image search has some dang censorship on itself. I can put in an image and find THAT image, but that's not always helpful.
