I have been struggling with what feels like “mommy issues,” especially when I see other people’s mothers. Please excuse my English, as it is not my first language. Recently, I have been experiencing strong sexual attraction toward older women who are mothers, and this has been confusing and distressing for me. The situation feels more complicated because my own mother passed away when I was a child, which left a deep emotional emptiness in my life. Because of this loss, these feelings seem unusual and even troubling to me.
