The mods of this subreddit asked me to share my experience with getting my account ban lifted!

I was banned shortly after making a few posts but never received a warning or any info as to why. What I did have was all my posts saying "Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit’s filters" and the top of my screen would say in a red bar "we had a server error...". I think when you are normally banned that red bar will say that you are banned and you'll get a message of some sort, but I never did.

I did try to fight it but without that message it's a lot harder, I went to https://support.reddithelp.com/hc/en-us to see what could be done and tried a few things but I eventually found this link:

That appeal link is what was key! My suggestion is to use that link, state your case (I basically said how I'm not a bot and I make all my posts by hand), and wait a day or two. Hopefully you will be unbanned as well! They sent me a message that it wasn't a justified ban. Although all my old posts still have the "Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit’s filters" mark on them, they are actually still there and are restored.
