The up front stuff: Yes, I’m married, yes, I’ve done this before, and yes, I’m trying again. The search can be exhausting, but I’m still hopeful that I will find someone. Maybe it will be you.
First, you probably want to know about me: I am 55, and fairly tall at 6-0. My formerly brown hair is getting a little gray on the temples. I have brown eyes, but they are getting a little hazel. I wear glasses.
I like to read - I need to get through the pile of books on my nightstand (lots of non-fiction right now) - and listen to podcasts that make me think or are just full of fun nonsense. I am a sports fan, mainly football and baseball, but I like other sports too. I also constantly find something new to be interested in - sometimes it’s a TV show, music or an author, sometimes it is an activity, or sometimes it might studying some period of history I didn’t know about. I’m kind of the culturally literate Gen X nerd type. As a result, I’m really good at trivia games and I can discuss a pretty wide variety of topics. So, we might have quite a variety of things to talk about! Try me!
What I’m looking for in an adulterous paramour (isn’t that a great phrase?) comes down to just a few things: she ought to be attractive in some way or another, she ought to insightful and smart and she REALLY ought to have a good sense of humor, because I like to laugh and share weird Reddit posts and subreddits and songs and any other interesting thing that happen during my day. To make it very simple: let’s just have fun. This should be fun. If it’s not, we’re not doing it right.
