wound dehiscence and phallus migrating south

(using a random throwaway bc personal reasons)

i got meta without vaginectomy, with UL, and with scrotoplasty on the 17th. my scrotum dehisced and my phallus decided to essentially flop inward towards my vagina, underneath my scrotum. my care team states that as the scrotum heals, i have possibility of stricture at around the 3 month mark. but all of this can be fixed in stage 2. all this said, i'm confident in my surgeon and his skills. (good news though, there seems to not be any sign of fistula so i'll count my lucky stars where i have them i guess.)

where i'd really love some reassurance is from maybe someone else who's had scrotal wound dehiscence that's affected the healing of the phallus, specifically, if there's anyone else at all who's experienced that? i've been distraught over the uncertainty of what my body is going to do over these next ~5 months while i heal and am at its mercy when it already didn't play nicely initially. because the idea of having to have another suprapubic tube for 1-3 months if it strictures is utterly horrifying to put it mildly.

if you need any clarification, let me know, but any advice or reassurance would be lovely. thank you.
