Any entrepreneurs here? How do you switch off your vanilla-self and get into submissive mode?

I have my own business - it comfortably pay our bills, lets us put savings aside, and best of all my wife doesn't have to work like she'd always dreamed of, which gives me a huge sense of fulfilment as her submissive.

The only problem is, my every waking thought is about work. There's always something to improve, a new opportunity to chase, market research etc.

I love having my own business but I feel like I end up slacking off on proactive/anticipatory service because I can't/don't know how to switch off from the work day because in some way, it never ends.
