I have started listening Background Cockslut while doing other things gaming to reading , do i have to feel certain things ?

For the first minutes i only hear bells , some sounds etc nothing else until laters that start the file , my head just feel little lighter and on my body i have some tingles but nice ones , i dont know if its the file or not
