Should I visit a doctor? It may be hard here
Hi guys, I`m here for advice.
I'm 27, living alone in the village area, no sexual partners here. I was pretty horny for the last weeks, and was been masturbating every day (sometimes twice or thrice per day) for some time.
Also, I am circumcised, with frenulum saved though. I used (I guees, not anymore) to tease myself by pulling it and rubbing my penis on my pubic area, as a warmup before jerking and sometimes as an alternative to it.
Last week I felt a mild skin irritation on my dick. Not a rash, not a wound, but just a feeling of irritated skin (some discomfort, maybe even light dull ache) on the top side of the shaft, closer to the body (area that gets tensed while I pullyng my frenulum). It is not constant, but I feel that when skin moves (while penis is in pants, for example).
For the additional note, I have no problems or pain while urinating or just from the erection. Only when that part of shaft skin is moved, specifically sideways, or when that part of shaft is pressed.
I was looking to restore a foreskin (also, I noticed something like that that for the first time while trying tugging) and some people in restoration community adviced me to, let's say, jerk less and use lube in future. I got lube and "degooning", but I'm slightly concerned about, like, what if it's not only skin damage? Can I check it myself somehow?
As I mentioned before, I live on the pastoral area, and visiting a professional urologist may be expensive and complicated - thus, I wouldn't like to trigger a false alarm. What would you say?
