IAH Budget Live Resin Review - Uncle Snoop 28g (replacement order)
NOTE: This review is not to bash a company or any individual. This is just my personal experience.
This is a replacement for 1 of the bad resin's I received last month. I was promised a bonus item plus pre-rolls for the inconvenience. I received neither. Order did not come in an air tight seal bag. Instead the jar arrived with electrical tape sealing it shut and wrapped in bubble wrap. You could smell it outside the box. Also no notice to regulatory and law enforcement letter. Mailman was not happy with me when he dropped this off.
I open the jar and it smells just like Pinata Guts I got sent last month. I do an alcohol test like last time to see what happens. I let a small amount soak for 90 min in 99% iso. Just like with Pinata Guts it left behind a bunch this white grit that won't dissolve (see pics 4-8). Is it isolate powder or diamonds residue? Is it wax and lipids? Is it left over filtration media from manufacturing process? I don't know.
If you do know please explain.
In pics 1-3 you can see a black speck in the jar. What that is? I don't know.
I sent IAH these pics and my concerns. They said I was the only one complaining. The white residue is wax and lipids and it's normal for budget resin. I've purchased a lot of budget dabs and crumble over the years. None left a white sticky residue all over my e-rig like Pinata Guts did. To be transparent they offered to give me store credit for something else or a refund if I email them my drivers license <---(uh hell no)
In the end I did not smoke any of this.
I used to be a loyal IAH customer. Didn't have a bad experience till last month. Idk what happened the past 2 months with their quality control and customer relations.
