I spoke with TTUSA and they told me an interesting fun fact. The Burnt family won 1st place also at last year Billy Award too under a different name, and this year entered as BURNT and YUUUP won back to back again! How crazy is that?!? 

I never thought I’d see the day that we can grab 1st place winners in the THCa market! I’m so stoked right now.

So this one looked nice and sounded nice and it sold out in just a few days! I missed it unfortunately, but a few days later they must have found a few more packs because it came back up and snatched one up! Cutting the seal released the most amazing sweet blueberry terp iv smelled in years!
It was so good I was almost thinking it was sprayed with blueberry terps lol, I know it isn’t.
Not a faint blueberry like most blue dreams either, strong sweet smelling berries.

Dense buds, and taste was phenomenal for a light assist! I honestly wouldn’t be shopping anywhere else if I was looking for cheaper flower but fresh and still terpy and most of the time coming looking way above its pay grade! This stuff was no exception…
Buzz was great as well, bright uplifting energy that had me soaring. Smaller buds with sucks but some strains don’t have big buds, so can’t help that.
9/10 all day.

Has anyone else had an absolute nightmare trying to warranty claim their Puffco?

I’m genuinely curious how everyone else troubleshoots or deals with warranty claims because my experience has been insane.
I first started having issues at the end of April/beginning of May. I didn’t even get actual help until June 1st, and now it’s July 7th and I’m still waiting for a resolution.

The first two weeks were basically spent arguing because, honestly, after everything that had gone wrong, I just wanted a refund. I had completely lost confidence in the device. They refused.

What made it even more frustrating is this was my first time buying directly from Puffco’s website. Every other Puffco product I’ve bought has been through authorized dispensaries around me, and as a medical patient in my state they’ve always treated me with urgency and great customer service. At that point I even asked if I could just take the device to an authorized retailer to get this resolved faster, but they wouldn’t allow that either.

The biggest thing that pissed me off was they ignored the fact that the chamber was what caused my base to fail. The chamber had been acting up back in April/May while it was still under warranty, but because the process dragged into June, they suddenly only wanted to replace the base and not the $100 chamber that had already been showing problems before the warranty expired.

Then I had to spend another two weeks escalating everything before they’d even agree to include the chamber. It literally took mentioning the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my card company before anything started moving.

Now we’re at the shipping stage. They advertise a 3–5 business day shipping window, but apparently nobody can even guarantee that. Warranty replacements also apparently don’t get any priority, which makes zero sense considering we’ve already paid hundreds of dollars for the product and the issue wasn’t caused by the customer. The device failed because of a defect, yet somehow I’m the one waiting over two months for a fix.

For a company selling $400+ devices, I expected customer service that matched the price. Instead it’s been constant delays, poor communication, and having to fight for every step of the process. Apparently, now they can’t even print out shipping labels properly.

Has anyone else’s warranty experience been like this, or did I just get incredibly unlucky?
I feel like it added an extra layer of stress as someone who’s worked in fulfillment y’all got protocols for this. Why is no one fawking using them?

“Grandmaster Funk” - Grand Master Kush and GMO.

This flowers color is a blend of green, purple, and creams throughout. There are clusters of orange/amber stigmas and a very uniform, heady, protruding trichome coverage on the flowers. Quite heady inside and out.

This flower came tightly manicured upon arrival inside the collectible, themed, trust off jar. The structure seems to be medium to large nugs that are tree/diamond shaped but very thick. The flower is higher side of med/high density - meaning 1/4-1/3 squeeze with bounce back. The feel is greasy/tacky. The breakdown is a greasy, sticky pull apart flower with a light stem snap. Very resinous flower. Great moisture content, dry/cure.

Loud and Funky! The smell is a gassy / diesel mixture of savory garlic funk, earthy pungent diesel, a sharp pine, a feces (skatole) scent, and light sweet/creamy kush all blended together. There are lingering floral notes, earthiness, creamy/savory butter, pinewood/needles, and herbal hops on the backend. When broken down a more intense savory, garlic funk… earthy, pungent diesel comes forth with some sharp feces and light herbal/floral notes come forth more.

The taste is a creamy, buttery, savory, garlic funk… with an earthy, pungent diesel with a touch of feces, light pine, and a touch of sweet/creamy kushiness make up the forefront of the taste on this gassy/diesel monster. There are still lingering savory, floral, and pinewood/needles notes with an earthy, herbal hops backend.

The smoke is smooth through the glass piece with the slightest tickle and really smooth vapors through the Camouflet vape.

The effects are indica dominant hybrid. A heavy body blanket of numbness. A weighed down yet floaty body. Can be couch locky/sedative. A chest/eye pressure, eyes low, a euphoric, happy, and chill headspace. Relaxed and vibing 😎 for the gas lovers!

So I use tsb allot and Iv never tried this one before but most people always sound happy with it. Last week they dropped a bunch of new harvest “fresh” and those are usually the ones I go for. I hate buying or receiving dried out crap!

After reading about this one, and having jack herer in it, and being it’s a lemon batch I couldn’t resist.
Let’s put it lightly, this stuff absolutely stinks!
As soon as you cut it the strong overwhelming pinesol lemon terps drop kick your face!
Yes it’s only a week or two old from harvest so I know the smells will be crazy exp In some strains, but anyone that knows about jack herer knows it’s a stinky ass strain! It’s a mix of sweet pinesol and sweet lemon, it is overpowering and made most people turn away lol. I’m excited to see how this gets with some real time in the jar and get a real cure on it. I will say this strain was a bit leafy compared to allot of the other light assist/greenhouse.
Took a bit of time to go from the first “in bag” pics to last pics in jar. It’s not the best looking flower iv gotten from them, but it’s more of a classic banger sativa.

I tried this after 2 days in the jar and it was great.
Sweet lemon taste, almost coats your mouth with lemon but I think it will only get better with age.
Buzz was also great, very uplifting/get crap done focus and drive. I’ll be letting this one sit and just sampling here and there untill it’s ready.
For the price, and it being fresh, strooong terps, great taste and buzz, easy 9/10 🔥

Strain is Magic Marker. Left a ticket with support, will update when they get back to me and I am sure they will fix the issue. Just wanted to warn others interested in the strain. I used my rewards points so hopefully they dont just try to offer a refund because I only spent $7 total 😭.

Unfortunately I smoked a few bowls of the other nugs already but thank God I picked the moldy one to notice sooner rather than later. It was actually decent but I shouldve known something when it was $40 for a half O. On Humira infusions/immunosuppressed so I am definitely not taking a chance on any more of this batch!

Update: Quickly got $40 in rewards points back. Great CS. Hate making posts negatively but this needed to be seen.

One of my absolute favorite strains, cosmic used to keep good batches and I haven't seen much around quality since cosmic dipped. TFG crushed this, stupid kush.

Discoballs super sticky but firm and smell like dinner mints, blueberry poptarts, and a lil musty pine but smell more edible than anything.

Taste took it to another level mainly green Listerine pine gas with undertones of creamy dinner mints(the lil white chalky ones) and blueberry poptarts but it's mostly sharp astringent minty gas. Real heavy on the flavors leaves mouth tasting like it and airways smelling like it for a grip after sesh.

The most potent evenly balanced fuck around and find out around. Supreme up n stuck bud but I can hit a bowl before work("A" bowl) or hit a couple before bed. But let me hit 3 bowls when I don't got no plans and I got another thing coming, just a super at peace headspace with supreme gravity and numbing qualities but not too draining or brain scrambling. Made me eat too much as well.

4th zip from tfg and 4th hit. Can never catch tfg drops and be salty but I was too glad to snag these. Got some other stuff to try from a new vendor I'll fill y'all in on tomorrow but until then y'all stay lifted and gifted out here 🤙🏾

Has anyone every ordered from fire breathers? Site looks legit. Just never heard of them but their 30% coupon intrigued me. If anyone has ordered from them, what product did you get and how was it?

Review- Trainwreck from CBD Hemp Direct

Cure 9/10: It's got a great moisture level and is fresh. Terps are still intact.

Aroma 9/10: loud old school citrus.

Effects 9/10: cerebral, uplifting, and happy. It makes things bright and music sounds good.

Overall 9/10: I really enjoy the effects of this one. The old-school terps are fire. It's a little stimmy, but that's really my only complaint.

My latest order from Seigler's is from their craft, (outside), line. I'm not sure if their use of living soil is the reason but every batch of their outside stuff has hit it out of the ballpark so far. This is a hybrid but definitely leans Sativa to me. It really helps with focus and would go great with your morning coffee to start the day. This strain is true to it's name giving hints of citrus, oranges and just a little earthy funk. I have also included a picture of the flower in the free 1/8th, (last picture). I'm unsure of the strain but it looks fantastic.
