My experience with Norwood Creek Farms (NCF) was, unfortunately, an absolute disaster. From start to finish, the entire experience was filled with hassle, frustration, and aggravation.

I do want to give credit where it’s due. The owner, “JC,” did attempt to make amends after the issues I experienced, and I genuinely appreciate that effort. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to change my overall opinion of NCF.

At the end of the day, the flower simply does not justify the price. I gave NCF more than a fair opportunity, and based on what I personally received, the quality was consistently underwhelming for what they charge. When a company positions and prices its products as premium, I expect the quality and overall customer experience to reflect that.

What made the situation worse was how my concerns were handled. Instead of feeling like I could simply raise an issue and have a straightforward conversation about it, I found my interactions with the owner to be manipulative and unnecessarily difficult. As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to feel like I'm being talked in circles or pressured into accepting an experience I'm genuinely unhappy with.

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, and I recognize that other customers may have had completely different experiences. This review reflects my personal experience with NCF.

For me, though, the combination of disappointing flower, premium pricing, repeated frustration, and the way problems were handled makes Norwood Creek Farms a company I cannot recommend and will not purchase from again. Also not mentioned or pictured is Alien Vortex - poor quality. NCF struck out 3x with me.
