Excuse my ignorance . This is like my second time and the only way I take is it nasally since it’s hcl powder. I just don’t wanna go ahead and take it if it’s going to prolong . I’m coming down and I’m just a little tired and it was kind of underwhelming I’m looking to do a higher dose

If dropped 200ug a week ago would that effect me taking 13 15mg hbr pills with dxm being the only active ingredient is it safe to redose ? I weight 160lbs btw
