Hey I am sorry if this is the wrong community to post this .

I am due to start taking Naltrexone/bupropion to help opioid withdrawals. I wanted to ask if anyone knows how long I have to not have taken opioids before starting as I read starting with opioids in the system can send you into severe withdrawals.
