I thought about a plot where the parents call a babysitter while there on a long vacation because their Son/ Daughter showed to be irresponsible. What they didn't know this Babysitter normally only cares for Toddlers or baby's so he already treats the sub childish. After a specific event (can be an accident or something) The babysitter decides to turn the sub into a baby again.
