Beginner - Getting confused about KDP adult dungeon vs keywords etc.

New to this and I have a ~40k feedism romance nearing completion. There's no explicit sex scenes however, plenty of body worship/stuffing/weight gain aka the things that are erotic to those with this fetish.
Seems the general consensus (unless I'm wrong) is to mark it as non-explicit because of the lack of detailed bonking, but I'm really confused about what that means for the keywords and categories! Can I still put it down under the category of erotica (since the primary purpose is to titillate)? Can I still include terms such as "feedee bbw obsessive steamy romance" in the keywords? Would putting "A feedism romance" in the subtitle cause the story to be flagged?
I am a little cautious as I'm now pivoting into erotic fiction having already built a decent-sized if rather rubbish non-erotic catalogue (feel its best to try something new now), and I'd rather keep receiving the £5 a month from said back catalogue than risk losing it all...
Apologies if this is a repetitive question! I've read as much as I can on this topic but I could really do with someone just laying it out straight for me, as I'm getting myself a bit tangled up and confused here.
