I’m currently in an off season as a bikini competitor. I need to grow some muscle before I plan to compete nextate spring/ early summer. I’ve been taking low dose Test for a couple of years already, 6mg Test subcut weekly. I’m about to begin an Anavar cycle soon. I’ve ran Anavar cycles before for about 2 years off and on with the last one being almost 2 years ago. My coach wants to start me off at 10mg of Var daily. Is that too much? Or is that an appropriate dose given that I have been exposed to it before and may need to start at a higher dose?
