Like the title says why does it seem like after I’ve done a whole 40 I can’t get any higher even if I do another one even two or three more it’s like it just keeps the buzz going and is really satisfying to snort. but doctors will tell you it will be fatal to take that many is it like suboxone where there’s a ceiling effect? It seems like I get the highest off my first one in the morning after that can’t get no higher just keep chasing it
