  2. Your character is a bounty hunter or out for revenge against Tobias, either looking to give him a taste of his own medicine or looking to have some fun with him yourself. as another hunter who enjoys the hunt.

  3. You find yourself in the wrong neighborhood or jungle and Tobias is bored, seeking someone to chase and catch or to fight.

So, who comes across this hunter's gaze?

Aiding in a Kobold Wizard's Research
