I purchased a lifetime license late 2024. It worked for a few months after that it stopped. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times but they seem not to respond back. my lifetime license is somehow not valid.

Context:
Sycnmo is browser that you can connect to your handy and it ‘syncs’ the action. The performance was okay, a lot of times the actions were delayed.
