I genuinely have urinary incontinence, but it's mild most of the time. But I have occasional moments where my Butt betrays me; its just safer to wear a Pullup that will protect my pants and I can change out when my Pullup gets wet and or dirty.

I used to use male guards but I'm having legit medical bowel incontinence when I get diarrhea, so I need pullups for when I "Butt-Sneeze" (try to pass gas and literally full on diarrhea butt-vomit into my Pullup involuntarily).

Goodnites XXL are my go-to now for daytime as a literal medically necessary underwear. Heavy Duty Overnight Diapers at night for merciless Bedwetting.

Onto my hack: I cut the back of the male guards with an exacto knife, then put one in the front and one in the back, connecting in the crotch.

It's a perfect fit. Just make cuts and then make an hour glass shape with 2 of them, then insert into your Pullup.

Goodnites will fail me if I fall asleep laying down in one. I need overnight diapers. But this hack has saved me from heavy wetting and diarrhea episodes.
