Like say i quit CT 100mgpd of mgm, hows that looking like 3-4 days of hell then day 5 its better? i know with tianeptine it was 4 days of hell but day 5 was okay but i used phenibut during that time. i know 7oh is also short half life but mgm it lasts longer and i just need some advice on the timeline i cant find nearly any posts talking about this, i do plan to use SR some pregaba, gabapintin, a few other things and maybe a benzo here n there. but with SR im afraid itll just prolong the withdrawal i kinda want to just CT it once im low like 30mgpd low but i only have 4 weeks to get that low. just want a timeline and need to figure out how much work to get ready to take off

I now realize i have until june 24th to order my last order, itll likely last me two week, i was at 60mg 3x a day but i had this phenibut situation happen and i ruined my tolorance to mgm i now have to dose every 5 hours at 60mg and sure i was at 120mg but i have even less time than i thought id have. i have 3 grams of SR and i just need to know all the helper meds, people say after 3 days the 4th day subs will start working. im wondering should i be ordering subs over the internet for myself bc i know quickmd can only give you so much of it. i dont have insurance so i cant just go to rehab or something idk im freaking tf out tbr i ruined my work my months of work and i have like 4 weeks left pretty much i need a game plan bad

Im mainly going bc im gonna run out of phenibut about a 15 gram per day habit. if they dont do it right(i have the case study paper on the quittingphenibut sub to give them) i will likel ybe incubated. i also take mgm in the middle of my taper about 60mg 3x a day. im afraid i wont be allowed/able to dose my mgm while in there like they will go through my pockets and take it from me. I dont have insurance nor do i have a primary care doctor, anyone have any ideas how id be able to idk get help like who could prescribe baclofin or pregaba

i have a NDA package coming but ods are it wont come. I have 3 grams of SR but my mgm dose is wayyy to high i take about 75mg 3x a day and i have like 200mg left i dont know what to do im very scared i cant even preload

I started at 300mgpd and am now at 180mgpd, i really want to be at 60mgpd to jump but i may only be able to get stable at 120mgpd before im forced to jump. At what doses does SR work? and by work i mean be nearly painless like not painless but able to go to work the next day

I may be forced to use SR early. I got the 63% mgm from Terra mystic. now id assume its 60% mgm or at least very least 30% mgm. no its 0% mgm. ive been tapering for a month and am at 60mg a dose 3x a day and i feel my doses i space it 7 maybe 8 hours apart so when i dose im pretty much in withdrawal. This stuff doesnt take me out of withdrawal and ive taken 160mg of it which should make me feel on top of the world. This sucks i spent my last 100 on 2 grams of it thinking itd get me thru til payday but no im going to be forced cold turkey pretty much due to this. it feels like 7oh i get a little i mean a little better feeling for 30 mins then its back. i tested it a couple days ago and thought maybe its just me so i wanted to get a baseline day (yesterday) then today i took my monring dose of real mgm and waited 8 hours and took this an hour ago. Ive messages TM and i can only hope theyd let me send it back for a refund but this shouldve been caught. someone who reviews it shouldve noticed. i cannot find but one review on it but really this is super fucked and i dont know what to do. i have 3 grams of SR but im at 60mg 3x a day wayyy to high to jump on SR plus i dont have any helper meds yet and i really dont want to do my jump a month early

was at 120mg 3x a day now im at 40mg as of today and its hell (was at 60mg 3x a day for 8 days) i just know once i get down to like 10mg then 5mg its just gonna be so bad and once i jump off even with SR, mit, (maybe 7oh), benzo,s and maybe subs im still gonna feel bad wd. like i wake up after 16 hours of no dose and feel like such hell and i know thats nothing compared to what ill feel and how long ill be feeling like that. for people who say have switched to 7oh then used subs and staye don subs for a while how is it like is it just cold sweats or did you get to the point of full RLS and stuff? sorry its all over the place post but fuck... im okay with being on subs long term if it comes down to it or SR but i cannot call out for a week of work im a single dad with no family no one to take care of my son or no place to move if shit hits the fan i have to be on fking point 110% of the time part of the reason i started this 5 years ago bc it allowed me to never slip even if it was a money burden
