Got to go out on a date with daddy

Question for Caregivers
Hey everyone. I guess I just had a quick question for all the caregivers. I recently started this dynamic with my partner and ive been getting a lot more comfortable being in littlespace around them. Im coming to a point where I want to start having daily tasks or chores, something to make it a more all the time dynamic. So my main question is this, when you have a sub, do you actively help make plans and suggestions to help them accomplish their wants in that? Ive been trying to have my partners help in making this, but hes seems to be just more okay with letting me decide and telling him what i want. Is this something that is fairly normal? I was hoping to have a bit more input.
