Hi there all! I understand it’s a risky procedure, I understand it’ll be expensive to eventually get it done, I understand there’s a high chance of things going wrong. But I truly feel doing it that way will make me feel happiest with my body.

I just wanted to ask if it’d be possible at all to get the phalloplasty and eventually, later on get urethral-lengthening done? Will I have to just deal with what I’ve got until I can afford to get it all done together? Or would it be possible to go through more public options to get the shaft made at least, and then have the ability to pee/cum with it come later?
