So friday, saturday, sunday I took half a pill each day (supposedly 166mg pill) and on monday I had a little brain fog, diarrhea and some sleep disturbances, but other than that I feel fine. I’m thinking about taking half a pill today (tuesday). Any experienced rollers can you please advise on what I should expect? Any comment is welcome :)
