This is my favorite vein and ive had a couple of misses lately so theres definitely some scar tissue. I tried to go past it like an hour ago and registered but I dont think it was a vein. It hurts and its a like hard lump, sore all around it. Do you guys think its an abcess?? Should I take doxycycline? I would love to avoid doctors
Hello, so where I live the only needles I have easy access to are 31g and I usually go for 6mm or 8mm (5/16 inches). Lately they’ve been getting clogged and I finally found some 29g but they only had 13mm (1/2 inches). Im having trouble finding a vein. Should I come in with a lower angle? Or do I have to find a deep vein? I would really appreciate any help.
I usually just hit the median cephalic vein on both arms. But definitely need to give them a break. I need a new spot, im thinking one in my forearm but scared im going to hit a nerve. Any tips?? The only time I tried this was years ago and I missed.
