I want to be ballerina/dancer/ figure skater athletic not bodybuilder athletic

I have nothing against bodybuilding or powerlifting it's just not my thing and not the type of build I'm going for.
I want that lean build most dancers and figures skaters have, with visibly muscular legs that are also elongated. Sharp collarbones,
Sculpted backs.
I looked at my BMI; I’m too tall to go under 116 pounds I don't hold alot of weight to go over 130.
I stay at 120 to 119 if I'm diligent with my Pilates.
I have a “fit build with some curves ".
Like Jennifer Lopez or Shakira.
My hips just sit higher and my butt has a,” slope” shape due to me being more spoon than pear.
The concept is not as delusional as you think it is,
I was a dancer as a child, I just didn't do ballet I did cheerleading. I got into dancing recently I realized how much I've missed it.

Two different types of body shapes/frames

I have both an hourglass and a spoon figure,
My hips sit very high making my muffin top harder to get rid of.
My torso is very short, pants and skirts never fit me right because of this. “It was exhausting going back and forth with people when I said just because I have wide hips and thick thighs does not mean I should wear high-waisted pants.”
The only times I look good in high-waisted bottoms are with palazzos and pencil/tube skirts.
Despite me having a very curvy frame I’m not very curvy. I’m extremely thin, my body has always confused me for the longest time.
I don't really have that big of a butt and have underdeveloped clavs, however, my thighs are huge, they spread outrageously when I sit. “It’s weird how I have a thigh gap.” Am I supposed to be this size? Shouldn’t I be bigger? Why am I so thin if my shape is some weird morph of a Coke bottle and the number 8?
