Hip dips really bumming me out

I’ve always hated my hip dips, especially because they’re noticeable not only from front on, but there’s a line all the way round the side that makes it look like my ass is cut in half.

I think my legs are weirdly proportioned where some muscles and bigger and some are smaller and honestly I just hate them.

I’ve been doing hip thrusts, kettlebell squats/lunges (my squat is pretty bad as my ankles are weak so I don’t use the rack), adductor/abductor machines and maybe I can see growth in the bottom part of my glute but nothing else changes.

I’m sure I’m missing a guiding principle like squeezing or loading or something, but I just get so overwhelmed with all the muscle groups and buzzwords and I just get depressed about my body. Can anyone help a girl out?

Thank you 💕

To the tomboys and androgynous hotties… what can I do to be look/feel hotter without being too feminine?

I’ve finally come to terms with the fact that I don’t enjoy being feminine and prefer to dress/be perceived as a more androgynous woman. What can I do in terms of glowing up? What celebs/models should I take inspo from when cultivating this new style? Any advice is appreciated!

*Edit: Just noticed the typo in the title. Oops. Long day at work. 😵‍💫

Wearing jewelry

Hello! I’m not sure if these kinds of questions are allowed for possibly being too simple, but I’ve been trying to include more jewelry to elevate my look and get that clean-girl put-together look. However it never stands out on me the way that I see some girls and immediately notice her earrings, rings, necklace, etc. Has anyone dealt with this and come up with any solutions? My jewelry includes rings (both gold and white gold, thick and skinny) necklaces, and decently chunky earrings. It’s not that I’m so used to seeing the jewelry on myself that I don’t notice it. They just objectively don’t pop out like on other girls! Thank you for any advice!! :)

How to gain good weight?

I’ve always been very slender, I’m 5’5 and about 48-49kg atm and I’m really wanting to gain weight healthily (mostly to see if my 30A’s grow 😚). No matter what or how much I eat I just don’t gain, which sounds like heaven, but I want to have more curves instead of being a pencil. Any tips + would gaining help me grow boobs?

I am kind of sick of having to pretend that I am not doing all of this to be hot.

Bit of a rant, but I dont know any other sub that would hopefully get it like you guys do.

I want to be hot, I want to be adored, idolised, I want every eye on me as soon as I step into the room. I do dedicate a small part of my life to achieving this goal.

But people for some reason LOVE to moralise this idea of wanting to get hot. If you lose weight it has to be for health reasons. Or if I spend a bit too much on skincare products it 'concerning'.

Its not that deep.

People always think its because I am deeply insecure and think I am ugly. They will try to reassure me that I look nice, or that beauty standards arent real. Great. But I have neve once in my adult life thought I was ugly. Sure I have had days where my hair isnt hairing, I have spots, and its laundry day. But that is not the same as thinking my body itself is unnattractive.

This isnt some mental health issue that has the potential to spiral out of control either. I am not neglecting other parts in my life in persuit of this goal either.

Its just a very normal thing for me, why wouldnt I want to try and be hotter? Lots of people have big ambitious goals for themselves they work on a bit every single day. This is just one of mine.

People just really hate to hear it and put their own opinions on me. Such as the idea that I must be trying to follow a very specific version of hot that aligns with the beauty standard. I am not actually, the level of hot I would like to achieve is the type that breaks the mould a bit. I want to stand out, not be a basic carbon copy of the beauty standard.

I feel like I always have to lie a bit and go on about doing things for my health, or because its creative or something. I just want to be a hottie it girl. Cope.

How to look and feel put- together at all times

As the title suggests, how do I feel put-together and “in sync” with myself at all times? I always feel sloppy or disorganized in the way I look, feel, and go about my day. I want to have that clean, fresh, soft, effortlessly put-together feeling—like I’ve just stepped out of the shower, done my skincare, and have everything together. How do I cultivate that vibe 24/7, so that I don’t just look put-together but actually feel that way too?

Why summer destroys your skin's collagen (and why fall is actually the best time to fix it)

If your skin is feeling dull, dry, or showing more fine lines and sun spots after summer, you aren't imagining things. Intense UV exposure does way more than just cause a temporary tan—it kicks your skin's breakdown mechanisms into overdrive.

Here is why late summer takes such a heavy toll, and why dermatologists and medical estheticians consider autumn the absolute best window to start corrective treatments:

  • The UV and Collagen Breakdown Loop: UV radiation triggers Matrix Metalloproteinases (MMPs), which are enzymes that literally chop up your skin’s structural collagen faster than your cells can manufacture it. At the same time, sun exposure overactivates melanin, leading to stubborn pigmentation and uneven texture.
  • Why Fall is Prime "Laser Season": Treatments like fractional lasers, intensive photofacials, or deep resurfacing temporarily compromise your skin’s protective barrier. Lower ambient UV levels in the fall drastically reduce your risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) and make the healing process much safer and more predictable.
  • The Cellular Reset Window: Fall is the ideal time to trigger true neocollagenesis (fresh collagen production) via clinical protocols like microneedling, energy-based devices, or biostimulators. You get to heal and rebuild during cooler months without fighting the constant environmental stress of peak summer heat and direct sun.

If you're planning a skin reset to reverse summer damage, timing your protocols for autumn sets your skin up for safer recovery and long-term density gains.

How are you eating your protein with all the FDA recalled?

So now that FDA has recalled eggs, meat, sourdough, cottage cheese, greens and jalapenos and even tofu, what are you planning on groceries? Used to eat lots of salad and chicken to max out protein but seems like whatever I can think of has been recalled? Help a girl out, what are some of your recipes that does not need FDA recalled food and is actually nutritious and protein rich.

Barefoot shoes that look good

Hey hot girls

So after years of wearing hot girl shoes my feet need a break, and I’m looking for good looking barefoot shoes. Either sneakers or boots. Something that would also be winter suitable. The problem is - everything I found is sooo ugly! Do you have any recommendations? I live in Europe :)

Thanks in advanced 🩵

I want to be ballerina/dancer/ figure skater athletic not bodybuilder athletic

I have nothing against bodybuilding or powerlifting it's just not my thing and not the type of build I'm going for.
I want that lean build most dancers and figures skaters have, with visibly muscular legs that are also elongated. Sharp collarbones,
Sculpted backs.
I looked at my BMI; I’m too tall to go under 116 pounds I don't hold alot of weight to go over 130.
I stay at 120 to 119 if I'm diligent with my Pilates.
I have a “fit build with some curves ".
Like Jennifer Lopez or Shakira.
My hips just sit higher and my butt has a,” slope” shape due to me being more spoon than pear.
The concept is not as delusional as you think it is,
I was a dancer as a child, I just didn't do ballet I did cheerleading. I got into dancing recently I realized how much I've missed it.

Not sure which weight I look objectively better at

I'm 5’0, and two years ago I weighed around 110 pounds. Due to medication and a hard period in my life, I gained weight and I'm now 126 pounds. In between these two periods, however, I did change my workouts. At the lower weight, I mostly just did Pilates and yoga. But now, I mostly do weightlifting with progressive overload so I likely have more muscle now.

I'm 32 and I'm at the point where I'm starting to prefer a fuller face, and I actually prefer my face at this higher weight because it looks more soft, youthful, balanced. I have a narrow, long face shape, and being at a higher weight conceals this. Whereas when I'm at a lower weight, I feel like my face looks too oblong. But the problem is, I think I prefer my body at the lower weight. I saw a picture of myself from yesterday and feel like my arms looked big.

I would be willing to send pictures via DM if anyone could analyze this based off of objective standards. I'm also curious about what other women around my age have done and what they have settled on.

How to maintain a calorie deficit and not lose your hair and mind lol

I started a calorie deficit and dropped around ten pounds but have lost a significant amount of hair. My diet is very protein heavy (2 eggs for breakfast, chicken and veggies for linner), and I drink a lot of coffee to suppress appetite, especially after meals because I have a hard time with portion control if I don’t. Over the past few months I’ve developed low ferritin (iron) and have more anxiety…what do you guys do to prevent this from happening? Take supplements?

4 Weeks Maximum Glowup?

I have a work event in 4 weeks and want maximum glowup. I’ve got a good amount of cash I can put towards this. What should I do?

I’ve scheduled a hair appt closer to the date for highlights and a trim. I’ll get a mani/pedi then too.

Makeup styles have changed so much, I want to get an in person tutorial but don’t know where the right spot is for that.

- Drinking water
- Getting adequate sleep each night on a semi-regular schedule
- I don’t eat processed/fried foods often
- I cut out alcohol
- have an appointment this weekend to get my eyebrows filled in, in a natural looking way, since they’re quite thin (not an age thing, always been that way)
- lifting weights 3x week
- getting plenty of protein
- taking supplements my body needs (did nutritional testing)

I really want to look my hottest self. What else should I do?

Edit 1: Thank you so much for the responses!! I’m adding to my protocol:

Teeth whitening strips
Under eye patches
Minimum 3 miles walking per day
Limited carbs, cut out gluten
Doing intermittent fasting
Nervous about botox, never done it, on the fence about it.

+Might do lashes (not crazy ones…but fuller than my natural so I don’t have to wear mascara)

+Looking into a coolpeel co2, has anyone done this? If i can get in soon enough, healing should be able to finish before my trip

Nogo list:
Not willing to do fillers.
Fortunate to have full lips, not gonna mess with them.

BIG QUESTION:
I don’t know where to go to buy hot looking work clothes. This is for a work trip and I want to look sexy af but still professional (so it can’t be revealing or too tight, has to just “work” for me). I’m hopeless w shopping…recommendations please! Macy’s???

How to be like Elle Woods

I know she’s a fictional character, but I want to have a major glow up and the Elle Woods aesthetic/look is my goal. I am the opposite of Elle, the only thing I have in common with her is that I love the color pink and we are kind people. I am overweight, I don’t have a style outside of super casual clothes, and my self esteem is non existent. If I could get some tips on how to get a style like hers, mannerisms, or how to get a similar personality to hers that would be great. I am really banking on faking it until I make it. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

How boudoir photoshoots helped me feel hot

I never thought I would go for that kind of photoshoot, because I don't think of myself as particularly attractive and I have low day-to-day self-esteem.

But I have that friend, insanely beautiful, and since I followed her model account I've seen her on those photoshootings, quite elaborated and quite undressed.

I had been curious for a while, I didn't think I could be chosen for that but it didn't hurt to ask right?

So I've done one shoot, then another with the same photographer. The second one was when I've felt hotter than I've ever felt in my entire life.

It was boudoir themed, and the photographer usually has some positions he likes for his models. Almost after every photo he was complimenting how flexible I was, and when I saw the pictures I was speechless.

Girls, I looked stunning. The light was perfecr and good lord my booty (a part of myself I usually find lacking) was amazing.

Those are now my favorite pictures and I need to find a way to not let them sleep in my drawers.

My journey to becoming hot, part 2

This is my second part of my journey. I want to talk about grooming, non - invasive procedures.
In my case it was clear that if basics are not there, grooming and procedures will not help.
I will talk in terms of points what I tried and what was worth it. I would also pinpoint that I disagree with the beauty pyramid because of certain aspects. Basic grooming is short term but also time consuming. If you are like me, I would hop onto the professional grooming first such eyelashes extensions, microblading, lasers, dentistry and only then focus on makeup, hair and clothes.

Eyelashes 9/10 (depends on the individual, right form makes an eye drastically bigger. There are C, M, D eyelashes. Some people absolutely don’t need it and it might look ridiculous on them. If you’re brighter skin colour, avoid harsh black fake eyelashes)
Microblading 9/10 (saves time, you have a perfect form for your eyebrows. If done correctly only. You shouldn’t try to save the money on this procedure because it’s permanent.
Lip blush 5/10 (okayish, it can only improve your lips by 10-20%, insignificant in terms of giving your face overall balance)
Dentistry 6/10 (my teeth were slightly crooked, I fixed it but overall it only slightly improved my facial balancing. For some people braces might be a must have, for others not. After two years I also got jaw problems, so do it carefully.
Professional teeth whitening 2/10 (doesn’t last long, just get strips).

Cosmetology : Finding good dermatologist was key for me, she knows what my skin needs.

  1. Salmon sperm injections 3/10. I did Rejuran, TwAc. (Too painful, first few days the face was red. After 4 weeks my face was smooth and glowing, effect is short term, lasts 1-2 weeks)
  2. Plasma 5/10 (less painful, the skin is plump. A professional dermatologist should know how to get different types of cell for different skin problems)
  3. Fotona laser for skin scarring 5/10 (skin improves by 10-20%, several rounds are needed. My scars were and still visible however I realised it doesn’t disturb the overall face balance too much overall. For some people it might be more severe, so it’s always individual dependent).
  4. RRS NA Cellutrix. This meso was supposed to help me from being bloated. 1/10. Waste of time and money.
  5. Rf microneedling 5/10 first time (it did tighten up my lower face area, I have chubby face. It can melt fat though, don’t recommend under eyes, on the forehead), 9/10 second time but no under eyes and no forehead, it really did tighten up my jowls after third child
  6. BBL laser 1/10 (I don’t know why my previous dermatologist recommended it to me. I had no sun spots, was useless. For some people the effect might be 10/10).
Let me mention Accutane again 10/10. Honestly you don’t need to do any of these injectable procedures, just get on low dose Accutane for some time and effects would be much better than any laser or injections except for Botox maybe. I know some people have prejudice against it but if you want a perfect skin, it is the best way.

Health
Splint for my jaw. 10/10 (if you get jaw arthritis you need it. My face looks much better now, not as bloated)
Sinusitis or allergies treatments, hormonal spray mometasone 10/10. (My nose gets smaller, less inflamed. Talk to the doctor about different hormones and options long term).
Gluten free, sugar free diet, lots of potassium foods for dinner. 10/10 (no bloating is key for attractiveness).
Taurine, helps with puffy face
Low Stress. Stress makes my skin dehydrated, bloated. It’s key for being attractive. Try to get under control your chronic stress. Don’t be afraid to get out of frames which society has burned us with.
