I'm a life long DL but the AB side of things never did much for me. I like the cute designs on many abdl diapers and I enjoy wearing some onesies, but the age regression or baby role play has never quite been my thing.

For me I think the diaper thing might be an extension of my pee kink... Or maybe vice versa. I remember wanting (but not needing) diapers from a very young age, much before puberty. Now in adulthood, wearing diapers feels relaxing, soothing. As a kink, I live that they are warm, wet, and very naughty.
