This fandom rpg is based on James Cameron's Avatar set in the beautiful world of Pandora. With no canon characters or storylines, it allows more leeway for worldbuilding and original character arcs.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
2-3 other people on the staff team. Although it is encourage, you are not required to create a character on the site. The site will also use a gamification point system. These people will also help review, brainstorm and give their input on the systems and rules that I am working on for the site.
- 21+ requirement
- 3+ years experience with forum rpg
- Ideally some experience with server or RP site moderation - can also be an rp server, gaming server, or just a discord community server.
- Generally emotionally secure, able to remain neutral, healthy communication styles, non-passive aggressive or patronising
- Consistency with rules and fairness
- Creativity and confidence to give input on ideas and systems
Staff can take on one or more of these duties.
MODERATOR I
- Serving as a point of contact for OOC concerns and rule questions.
- Monitoring OOC spaces to maintain harmony between players and ensure that rules are abided by.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality — staff matters stay with staff, and your personal relationships with players should not lead to bias and influence your decisions.
- Being calm and neutral when contacted with issues about players conflict
- Escalating cases on toxic and inappropriate behaviour to me
MODERATOR II
- Reviewing and approving character applications
- Logging new characters into the index
- Avoid being too stringent with applications and allow leeway for character building (players do not need to make everything make sense)
- Monitoring IC threads to ensure they fall within the ratings and are appropriately tagged
- Offering assistance to new players on how to create their characters and apply
- Answering questions on lore
GAMEMASTER
- Brainstorming ideas and planning site events
- Moderate events that can - but not always - include D20 to determine outcomes
- Write posts narrating outcomes through an NPC account.
- Awarding points after events
- Answering player questions about the event.
AUDITOR
- Involved in the loggings of points
- Process claims and purchases in the shop
- Manage player inventory
- Help with the advertising of the site
