Some people have talked before about a domme that makes them become better. Keeps them working out, improving, etc. That's such an interesting idea, at least an idea I am interested in. Has anyone had success with this?

I sometimes only have time for a quick session, so will message a random domme and ask are they up for it. But when its done, I message that this is all I wanted to do and move on. Does anyone else do this? Is this bad etiquette? I don't ghost or anything
