Only budding after 15 months HRT
Hi,
so I started with HRT at August 2024.
I took 8 mg Estradiol pills and 200 mg spiro daily till December 2024.
I then switched to Estradiol gel (3 pumps daily) and 12,5 mg CPA every 2 days at December 2024.
I stopped hrt sometimes and am now on constant hrt since February 2025.
I am 1,68 cm tall and weigh 56 kilograms. My breast size measures 75A and I didn't see any growth since around July 2025.
I started progesteron at March 2026.
Is there anything I can do to increase breast size and them filling out?
