Marianne thought the world was unkind, that everyone would hate her... But if the last couple of years proved anything, it was that she was wrong.

Marianne had learned to embrace the world... And now she would make the ultimate sacrifice for it.

The battle against Nemesis wasn't an easy one. Fodlan's forces were overwhelmed by the undead army. And as the final battle ensued, things looked increasingly grim.

Marianne, a holy knight, fought in the battle as bravely as she could. Fighting both the undead threat and healing those who needed it, she spotted Nemesis across the field.

Byleth (or another character!) seemed to lose the battle against him... And Marianne wouldn't let that happen! Not after everything they did for her...

Taking a deep breath, she commanded her horse Dorte to charge forward into the darkness.

Unfortunately for her, Nemesis saw her coming... He turned around, ready to face her.

With a slash of his whip he hit Marianne, who fell off her horse onto the dirt... Motionless.

However, this distraction gave Byleth just the opportunity to strike back against Nemesis. This is what Marianne intended. With a swift stroke of their blade, the ancient evil was defeated once and for all... As was his wretched army.

Marianne was badly wounded, hanging onto life by a thread. She was brought to the nearest city... Where people prayed for a miraculous recovery for the Hero of Edmund.

Against all odds, Marianne opened her eyes again...

But that's years in the future: every story needs a beginning too, isn't it?

Who caused her to see the world so differently?

Hey everyone!

I got a new RP idea for one of my favourite games, Fire Emblem Three Houses! I like the character of Marianne a lot and would love to write more as her! We can start in the academy phase and then move out from there, onto the war phase and its eventual end. Ideas are welcome!

I usually write a couple paragraphs or more! I am looking for people over age 18 :)

Willem never expected his first shift to play out like this: with an ambassador turned assassin, a dead king and a brave crown princess.

It's the early 20th century and great change is looming in the distance. Sergeant Willem Vanderwal has just been assigned to a very prestigious post: the royal guard. Together with his trusty colleague and friend, Benjamin, he gets ready for his first shift. An ambassador from another nation is coming to visit. Relations between the two countries are tense after a series of border incidents. But this visit will surely smooth things over!

It's one of the first events where the crown princess attends together with her dad, the king. Willem is entranced by her beauty, but quickly looks elsewhere. He's a lowborn sergeant, he likely would never even speak to her.

After a parade, Willem is put in charge of guarding the royal saloon where the talks take place. When he hears gunshots, he intervenes. It turns out the ambassador was an assassin and contracted two royal guard soldiers to aid him! Willem is quick and shoots down the two men but when he aims at the ambassador, his gun jams. Fortunately, the crown princess intervenes and manages to subdue the assassin.

But it's too late... The king is dead.

What a mess the two are in... But perhaps it's also the start of something beautiful between these two... Once things settle down, that is.

Thank you for reading my little intro! Today I have a story idea I have been aching to try out! I have a general plot in mind, but have kept things intentionally vague to hear your input into the story. It's generally inspired by World War I, with lots of drama and forbidden romance... Who doesn't like that, right? I am looking for someone to play the crown princess, how you fill in the role is up to you! Her only defining characteristic is that she's a brave person :)

So, before I close off, some info about me! I am Charlotte, 26, and from the wonderful nation of Belgium. I have been RPing for about 4 years and tend to write multiple paragraphs. I use Discord for my RPs and only write in third person. Apart from that I am generally a creative person, apart from writing I also draw, yay.

A Bleak Life

Magnolia's life was, according to herself, "mundane and bleak." Trapped in a dead end retail job and few friends on her side, she doesn't feel like life has much meaning: aside from being some kind of twisted and cruel joke.

She never did well in school, well with others. She never was one of the cool kids, she had always been a loner.

And at 21 years of age, nothing seemed to be able to change that.

Her Two Joys

Fortunately for Magnolia, she had two joys in life: thr first was her friend Alicia.

She was 10 years older than her, but the two get along just fine: and can often bond over their shared misery, as well as a love for storytelling.

The second, was urban exploration. In a world where everything looks bleak and unexciting, it kept her going.

Discovery

However, during one of her so called "expeditions" she stumbles upon something she was not supposed to see.

An old abandoned prison for thralls. They were once human, before they were tortured and bled dry by vampire lords, for their sick amusement.

Magnolia is in danger, but gets rescued... And soon realises the world isn't so mundane after all.

The Truth

Magnolia gets to know from her mother that her absent father didn't just leave his family. He was a vampire hunter... And disappeared.

She had kept it a secret, hoping that Magnolia wouldn't turn out the same way...

But somethings run through the family, it seems.

It's now up to Magnolia and other hunters to stop vampires from ending life as we know it... If it is even worth saving in the first place.
