Yeah, So I have come to conclusion that I am basically speed running diabetes 2 at this point. While it is hot to consume dozens of donuts, liters of soda and ice cream it is not sustainable in the long term, and I should probably quit doing this while I still can. Besides this, I have been going to starting to gym for the past month and been feeling great and seen good progress so far, regardless if most of it is neurological adaptation.
Instead of sugary food I am going to start consuming more nuts, try out mass gainers and protein based food, maybe some avacados too. What other types of healthier alternatives are there?
TDLR: I want to live a long live, looking for healthy food alternatives which does not compromise my desires.
