The first 3 pictures are my breasts. They usually look even more dramatically tuberous because my nipples take up half the actual boob, but they shrink when it’s cold and almost look normal. I don’t want big breasts, I’m okay with the size, I was just wondering if could bring them closer together and make them less saggy + make the nipple smaller. Something like on the last picture. I know literally nothing about plastic surgery, I was wondering if someone knows more than me or had a similiar experience 🥹
